During our consultation meetings, we'll work together to create a personalized timeline that ensures your day flows smoothly. We'll discuss your vision for the big day, going over every detail to make sure nothing is overlooked. This is also the perfect time to talk about your other vendors and how we can coordinate seamlessly with them. I’m here to answer any questions you might have and to make sure your wedding photography aligns perfectly with your dreams.

An engagement session is more than just a photo shoot—it's an opportunity for us to get to know each other better. It allows me to see how you interact as a couple and to understand your unique dynamic. This session is invaluable in making your wedding day run smoothly because, by then, you'll already be comfortable with me behind the camera, and I'll have a clear understanding of your favorite poses and angles. This familiarity ensures that on your big day, capturing those perfect moments feels natural and effortless.

Wedding Day!
It’s finally here—your wedding day! With the timeline already developed and every detail planned, there’s nothing you need to worry about. I’ll be there to keep the day flowing smoothly, ensuring that everything stays on track. You won’t hear any last-minute questions from me; just focus on enjoying your special day. I’ll capture every beautiful moment, allowing you to relax and soak in the joy of a perfect day that’s all about you.

Delivery
Once your wedding day is over, the journey doesn’t end there. I’ll carefully curate and edit your photos to ensure every moment is beautifully captured and presented. You will receive a sneak peek of your special day within 48 hours. A gallery preview will be available within a month, giving you a glimpse of the moments we’ve captured. Finally, your complete wedding album, meticulously curated and edited, will be delivered within 10 weeks, allowing you to relive your wedding day in all its beauty and detail.

Prior to becoming a full time photographer I was in education for 11 years. My background as a teacher has equipped me with the skills to effectively organize and direct groups of any size. I’m not shy about using my "teacher voice" to corral guests and orchestrate the perfect shot. This experience allows me to create beautifully composed photographs efficiently, so you can get back to enjoying your celebration without delay.
Little Moments

How many pictures will we receive?
I typically deliver around 150 photos per hour of shooting, but I don’t set a strict limit on the number of photos you’ll receive. My priority is to capture all the significant moments of your day comprehensively, so you can expect to receive a complete and beautiful portrayal of your celebration.
We are super awkward in front of the camera, can you help?!
Absolutely, I can definitely help with that! A big part of feeling comfortable in front of the camera is feeling comfortable with your photographer. That's why I focus on building a connection with you through consultations and an engagement shoot. These sessions are great for getting to know each other, and they allow me to understand what you like and don't like in photos. Plus, they give us a chance to experiment with different poses and styles. Don't worry about looking awkward—I'm here to guide you every step of the way, and I'm not shy about suggesting adjustments to make sure you look your best in every shot. Together, we'll ensure you feel natural and relaxed, making your photos look effortlessly beautiful.
Where are you located? Do you Travel?
I'm located in the stunning SW corner of Colorado, in Durango. I’m more than happy to travel to your wedding location if it's within an 80-mile radius of Durango without any travel fees. For locations beyond 80 miles, I do charge a travel fee to cover the expenses for gas, food, and accommodation if needed. This ensures I can be fully present and focused on capturing your special day, no matter where it is!
How can I be sure you will be here for all the moments I want captured?
To ensure that all the moments you cherish are captured, we'll have detailed consultation meetings to create a timeline that aligns perfectly with your day. This planning helps me be in the right place at the right time. Additionally, you have the flexibility to add more hours onto your chosen photography package if you feel you need extended coverage. Essentially, you get to decide how long I'm there, so you can rest assured that no important moments will be missed.
Can you be in two places at once?
Technically, I can't be in two places at once, but I understand how crucial it is to capture all the special moments of your wedding day. That's why I have a close network of talented photographers in the area who can step in as second shooters. Having an additional photographer ensures that we can cover more ground and capture multiple perspectives of your celebration. This option is available for an additional cost, and it's a great way to make sure no important moment goes unnoticed.
